The partner boats fish for Dungeness, and if the weather is too rough to fish, we have live tanks that hold our crab so that you always get super tasting crab, never old. Our live tanks are chilled to keep the crabs happy and their meat firm, with special biologial filtration to remove the ammonia given off by the crab as a natural part of their life cycle.
