Six Dungeness Crab from Fishermen Direct SeafoodDungeness Crab are Special

Dungeness crab have the highest ratio of meat to body weight of all popular crabs. Their meat is sweet and flavorful, delicious hot or cold, or in salads or crab cakes.

The Dungeness Crab from Fishermen Direct are always super fresh. The partner boats fish for Dungeness, and if the weather is too rough to fish, we have live tanks that hold our crab so that you always get super tasting crab, never old.

Our live tanks are chilled to keep the crabs happy and their meat firm, with special biologial filtration to remove the ammonia given off by the crab as a natural part of their life cycle. These live tanks are expensive and unusual in the industry, but assure you that the crab you get is abolutely sweet and flavorful.

I started out learning how to fillet rockfish and salmon, how to load the smoker, and how to cook big pots of Dungeness crab.
